We do not accept returns on teas or liquid products — including detox teas, wellness teas, sea moss, sea moss elderberry, body oils, hair serums, or body butters. This is for the safety of all our customers and the integrity of our small-batch quality control. Once these products leave our hands, we cannot guarantee they have remained uncompromised.
Quality. Every order is hand-inspected before it ships. If your product arrives damaged in transit, contact us at ask@justaskthebest.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace the item at no charge to you.

Our teas, oils, and superfoods are food-grade and skin-grade products that go inside or onto your body. Once they leave our small-batch facility, we have no way to verify they haven't been tampered with, mishandled, or stored improperly. Refusing returns isn't about being difficult — it's about protecting every customer from product that has left our quality-controlled environment. Thank you for understanding.
