Return Policy.

Quality is our standard. Here's how we handle it.

We do not accept returns on teas or liquid products — including detox teas, wellness teas, sea moss, sea moss elderberry, body oils, hair serums, or body butters. This is for the safety of all our customers and the integrity of our small-batch quality control. Once these products leave our hands, we cannot guarantee they have remained uncompromised.

What we do stand behind

Quality. Every order is hand-inspected before it ships. If your product arrives damaged in transit, contact us at ask@justaskthebest.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace the item at no charge to you.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged or a product is broken, please:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box
  2. Email both photos to ask@justaskthebest.com within 7 days of delivery
  3. Include your order number

We'll replace your item promptly.

Wrong item or missing item

If you receive a product that doesn't match what you ordered, or if something is missing from your order, email us within 7 days and we'll correct it immediately.

Why this policy

Our teas, oils, and superfoods are food-grade and skin-grade products that go inside or onto your body. Once they leave our small-batch facility, we have no way to verify they haven't been tampered with, mishandled, or stored improperly. Refusing returns isn't about being difficult — it's about protecting every customer from product that has left our quality-controlled environment. Thank you for understanding.
