Every order is hand-packed by Angela in our small-batch apothecary. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your package ships.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground within the United States. Once shipped, transit time is typically 2–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves our hands.
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $300 ship free within the continental US.
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is rolling out in 2026 — email ask@justaskthebest.com for a custom quote in the meantime.
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at ask@justaskthebest.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
